Running Tests to Validate Users
Identified an additional persona which was B2C, using the product on themselves for recurring painful cosmetic appointments.
Poll Adjustments
In Google, people were using related search terms around sexual use for the product. I recreated the poll with options to understand how many of our visitors might bee looking for it in that way. I also readjusted our ads to target cosmetic professionals more heavily, since they seemed underrepresented in the poll results. The option of whether people were using it B2C for their own appointments was reworded for clearer results.
Solving Responsive and Accessibility Issues
Website was built prioritizing desktop user experience, but we discovered that 93% of website traffic was on mobile. More work is still needed to resolve those issues, but some quick fixes were implemented.
